Vulcain Engineering Belgium is looking for a Pharmaceutical Process Engineer to join its team, working on biotech or pharmaceutical projects from process design to commissioning and involving you in all phases of a project.

You will define, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes; provide technical support to production; manage changes; participate in technology transfers and scale‑up; and write/update technical documentation while collaborating with Production, Quality, and

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in bioengineering, biotechnology, biological engineering or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in industrial projects or laboratories.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech regulations and GMP.
• Analytical mindset, growing autonomy, and team spirit.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilités

• Define, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to production (problem-solving, continuous improvement).
• Manage process changes (change control, risk assessments).
• Participate in technology transfers and scale-up activities.
• Write and update technical and quality documentation.
