VTU Engineering in Antwerp is seeking a senior process engineer to lead the design for pharmaceutical and biotech projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while executing process engineering tasks from design through to handover.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience, strong social and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Dutch. The role offers flexible working hours, competitive salary, and opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, especially in biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Very good English and Dutch language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent IT proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead and participate in the process design team for various projects.
• Execute process engineering from design to project handover.
• Prepare mass flow diagrams, block diagrams, and P&IDs for installations.
• Specify and select equipment and components.
• Organize interfaces during construction or refurbishment.
• Provide project management support throughout all phases.
• Train junior process engineers.
