Capgemini Engineering in Belgium is seeking a Logistics Specialist to own end-to-end clinical supply chain activities within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will coordinate shipments, warehousing, and documentation while collaborating with a small, dedicated team to ensure compliant, timely distribution globally.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in pharma logistics, strong ERP/SAP skills, and fluency in French and English, with a detail-oriented, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in logistics or supply chain within pharma or highly regulated environments.
• Clinical supply chain exposure including distribution, warehousing, and international shipments; cold chain experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with ERP/SAP in logistics or warehouse modules; familiarity with digital and paper-based archiving processes.
• Fluent French and English in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end clinical trial distribution activities, including shipment planning, order execution post-QP release, returns, and study close-out.
• Oversee warehousing operations: receiving, dispensing, shipping, inventory management, and collaboration with carriers.
• Maintain GMP/GDP-compliant documentation and archiving (paper and digital).
• Contribute to SOPs, deviations, investigations, and change controls for distribution activities.
• Serve as primary internal contact for distribution operations and stakeholder management.
