SGS is seeking a Blending Coordinator to coordinate activities across Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam. You will be the key link between the customer and internal departments, ensuring smooth onboarding of new assignments and proactive follow-up.

A petroleum background and strong English communication are essential. You will manage daily order processing, translate orders into actionable work instructions for surveyors and lab staff, and verify reports and invoices to customers, while

Qualificações

• Background in the petroleum industry.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Proactive, responsible and solution-driven.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-site activities in a technical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain frequent telephone contact with customers and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage the daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders and translate them into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff.
• Verify outgoing reports and invoices sent to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments such as inspection and laboratory services to strengthen SGS's market position.
