Job summary

SGS is seeking a Blending Coordinator to align activities across our Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam sites, serving as the key link between customers and internal departments within the petroleum division.

You will lead onboarding of new customers and launches, ensure proactive follow-up of inquiries, and translate orders into actionable work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in the petroleum industry and/or blending expertise.
• Strong responsibility and customer focus; proactive and decisive.
• Service-oriented with practical problem-solving for customers.
• Dynamic, driven and flexible with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent telephone contact with customers and build relationships.
• Coordinate daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders; translate to work instructions for surveyors and lab staff.
• Verify outgoing reports and invoices sent to customers.
• Work with sales, inspection and lab teams to strengthen SGS's market position.
