Job summary

SGS is seeking a Blending Coordinator to coordinate activities across Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, acting as the key link between customers and departments within the petroleum division. You will be the primary contact for several key customers, ensuring proactive follow-up and timely responses.

You will lead onboarding of new customers and assignments, maintain strong customer relationships, and work closely with sales, inspection, and laboratory teams to uphold SGS's market position.

Qualifications

• Background in the petroleum industry.
• Experience in blending processes or blending leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent telephone contact with customers and build strong professional relationships.
• Manage daily processing and planning of incoming customer orders; translate into work instructions for surveyors and lab staff.
• Verify outgoing reports and invoices to customers.
• Collaborate with sales, inspection, and laboratory services to strengthen SGS's market position.
