Job summary

Kuwait Petroleum Europe is hiring a GHG & Energy Transition Coordinator to turn sustainability goals into concrete actions across Antwerp and Rotterdam. You will consolidate ESG data, manage IROs, and ensure CSRD-aligned reporting with a focus on Scope 1–3 emissions.

You will work with international teams, communicate complex data clearly and improve reporting processes, dashboards, and tools. Hybrid Office presence in Antwerp or Rotterdam is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sustainability reporting.
• Knowledge of CSRD, CSDDD and GHG reporting standards.
• Understanding Scope 1–3 emissions and translating data into insights.
• Experience coordinating with international teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Impacts, Risks & Opportunities (IROs) in line with CSRD.
• Drive GHG reporting for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions across units.
• Translate ESG strategy into measurable actions and track progress.
• Improve reporting processes, dashboards and digital tools for ease of use.
• Collaborate with Sustainability, Finance, Legal, ERM and Data teams.
