Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior transformation professional based in Belgium to partner with senior leadership. You will provide workforce insights, support large-scale organizational change, and deliver data-driven recommendations to shape future workforce decisions.

You will translate insights, drive governance, and oversee PMO activities while analyzing AI and digitalization impacts on roles and structures. Strong stakeholder engagement and Excel-based analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transformation, organizational change, or management consulting.
• Expertise in People Transformation, Change Management, and Organizational Design.
• Experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and workforce strategy in large corporate environments.
• PMO governance, milestones, and reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with Excel for data-driven insights.
• Proactive with senior stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in transformation, organizational change, or management consulting.
• You have expertise in People Transformation, Change Management, and Organizational Design.
• You possess experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and workforce strategy within large corporate environments.
• You're experienced in Project Management including PMO governance, milestones, and reporting.
• You bring strong analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in Excel for data-driven insights.
• You're a proactive professional with proven senior stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Background in a Big Four or similar consulting environment.
• Knowledge of AI impact assessments or HR business transformation.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
