Polysense builds operational intelligence software for food manufacturers and is scaling rapidly after seed funding. As Head of People you own the people function, write the performance framework, coach first-time managers, and design targeted L&D and recognition programs.

You’ll start with hands-on recruiting and then broaden to comp structures, budgets, and strategic partnerships with the founders, to sustain a high-performance culture as we grow.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in recruiting and talent development.
• Experience coaching first-time managers and leaders.
• Proven ability to design performance frameworks and leveling systems.
• Experience in fast-paced Series A+ startup environments.
• Ability to operate with limited process and define a clear path forward.
• Strategic partner to founders with hands-on execution.

• Build the performance framework and leveling grid.
• Coach managers through tough conversations and performance issues.
• Develop targeted learning & development and recognition programs.
• Lead comp-adjacent projects including budgets and wage structures.
• Take on early hands-on recruiting, then scale to broader priorities.
