Job summary

RetailSonar in Ghent seeks an Office & People Manager who loves creating structure and ensuring every detail supports a great employee experience. You will combine HR admin, payroll coordination, fleet management and office operations in a role with significant ownership.

You will work across Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany with external payroll partners, maintain HR files, onboard new hires, organise events, and help shape an engaging, well-organized workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Office Management, HR Management, Business Management or related).
• First experience in HR administration, payroll, office management or similar is a strong advantage.
• Excellent eye for detail and pride in delivering accurate work.
• Enjoy bringing structure and managing multiple topics simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll for Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany with external payroll partners.
• Keep employee files, contracts and HR documentation accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate onboarding, accounts, laptops and insurance for new hires.
• Manage office supplies, facilities and vendor relations.
• Organise team events, trips and activities to strengthen employee happiness and culture.
