Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a proactive Actuarial & Pension Support Officer to act as the client liaison for pension information and case management. You will support actuaries, prepare reports, and help improve processes in a dynamic, people-oriented SME environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with around two years’ financial sector experience, and is fluent in Dutch and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 2 years’ experience in the financial sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Strong analytical skills with customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the point of contact for clients and manage pension information and cases.
• Prepare payments for pension cases using internal pension software.
• Assist actuaries with actuarial and administrative management of pension funds and prepare reports.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and monitor changes in legislation.
