Axis Group - HR Advisor is seeking a proactive Actuarial & Pension Support Officer to act as the client liaison for pension information and case management. You will support actuaries, prepare reports, and help improve processes in a dynamic, people-oriented SME environment.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with around two years’ financial sector experience, and is fluent in Dutch and French.

• Typically 2 years’ experience in the financial sector.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.

• You will serve as the point of contact for the client and be responsible for analyzing pension information and the overall management of your cases;
• You will prepare payments for pension cases using an internally developed software tool;
• You will assist the actuaries with the actuarial and administrative management of pension funds and prepare reports;
• You will actively contribute ideas for improving processes and procedures and closely monitor changes in legislation.

The ideal candidate:

• Has completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and has preferably gained two years of experience, preferably in the financial sector
• Is fluent in both Dutch and French.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and is able to critically evaluate his or her own work.
• Is passionate about customer interaction, both via email and by phone.
• Is highly responsible and works meticulously.
• Can take on tasks independently and possesses strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to set priorities.
