A leading technology firm in Tubize, Belgium is looking for a PCB Design Engineer to design complex tactical products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in layout design. Proficiency in full custom layout design and tools like Cadence is essential. The role involves collaboration with circuit designers and ensuring the accuracy of PCB layouts. Candidates should be fluent in French, Dutch, or English.

PCB Design Engineer – Tubize, Belgium

Responsibilities

• Realise layouts of complex printed circuit assemblies and detailed parts of devices, mechanisms, and structures.
• Check completed printed wiring board layouts and drawings for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications, and accuracy of calculations and dimensioning.
• Collaborate closely with circuit designers for optimizing layouts to meet power and area improvement targets.
• Lead layout development, validation (DRC/LVS/DFM/EM/IR) and high‑quality full‑custom layout of analog and digital PCBs.
• Plan project tasks, provide feedback to project leaders, and organise priorities autonomously.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in layout design.
• Fluency in French, Dutch or English.
