EY in Brussels is offering an internship with the payroll operations team. You will actively contribute to monthly payroll preparation, support client inquiries, and learn payroll processes under senior guidance.

You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a related field, with interest in payroll, and good Dutch/English skills. Flexible hours and home-based options are available, with on-site offices in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics, Legal Practice, Accountancy or a related field.
• Interest in payroll and eagerness to gain practical experience in a global firm.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support the preparation and execution of monthly Belgian payrolls.
• Work efficiently with Excel and payroll tools.
• Assist in answering client payroll questions and onboarding new clients.
• Collaborate with experienced payroll consultants and learn by doing.
