EY Belgium is seeking a collaborative Accounting Administration collaborator for the central team in Diegem. You will assist in booking invoices, VAT returns, and centralized processes while supporting coordination activities.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting-related degree with at least two years of relevant experience and are proficient in Dutch or French and English, with strong MS Office skills. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting Administration or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years in an accounting administration function.
• Good knowledge of Dutch or French and English.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel).

Responsabilités

• Assist in booking invoices, bank statements and postings.
• Assist in VAT returns and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in filing administrative and accounting processes (VAT, Biztax, fiches).
• Assist in developing centralized administrative processes.
• Support and supervise some Central Team processes.
• Coordinate learning and communication activities.
