Belsberg is expanding its Payroll Consultancy in Belgium and seeks a Payroll Consultant to join our team with offices in Antwerp. You will work on diverse HR projects for clients, with a focus on payroll, delivering high-quality HR support while being part of our expert team.

You will independently manage payroll processes, advise on HR matters, and contribute to payroll optimization, social legislation knowledge, and client development. Fluency in Dutch and English (French optional) is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration and HR support.
• Knowledge of social legislation.
• Ability to use payroll software and adapt to new systems.
