ABOUT THE ROLE:The Payroll Administrator supports the administration and execution of payroll processes and employee benefits across the Benelux region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a high standard of service delivery.You will play a key role in supporting the payroll function across the employee lifecycle, working closely with HR and Finance while contributing to process improvements and ongoing projects.This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in payroll administration who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Support payroll administration activities across the Benelux region, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll inputsManage payroll-related onboarding and offboarding processes, employee lifecycle changes, including contract updates ensuring all required employee and manager information is completed accurately and on timeMaintain employee payroll files and documentation in line with internal policies and GDPR requirementsTrack and maintain sickness records, holiday accruals, and absence dataReview and support timecard validation within the Time & Attendance systemAssist with payroll-related queries, providing accurate and timely support to employeesSupport payroll-related projects and system-related activities where requiredWHAT YOU’LL BRINGExperience supporting administration, collecting information and keeping recordsInterest in payroll, HR systems, and process improvementAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced or changing environmentA collaborative mindset with a strong focus on service qualityREQUIREMENTS:MBO+ or HBO level education, preferably in HR, Finance, or a related fieldInitial experience in administration role (Payroll/HR/Finance ideal)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExperience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and payroll systems (e.g. Loket) is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office toolsStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectivelyA proactive and service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholdersAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFluency in English, Dutch and French is a must.WHO WE ARE:Headquartered in Southern California, Skechers—the Comfort Technology Company—has spent over 30 years helping men, women, and kids everywhere look and feel good.
