Job summary

NORRIQ is seeking Consultants to join our Payments & Cards team, shaping the future of payments for banks, insurers, and financial institutions. You'll design and implement payment strategies, optimize card product portfolios, and improve operational efficiency on high-impact projects.

Work with Agile cross-functional teams, support client projects in payment strategy and card development, and contribute to market research, proposals, and knowledge sharing within a dynamic, globally active

Qualifications

Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
3–8 years of experience in treasury management, finance, payments, or related field.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver strategic projects in the Payments & Cards domain.
Support client projects in payment strategy, card product development, and operational optimization.
Assist in designing and implementing payment solutions (card schemes, payment processing, digital wallets).
Participate in the launch of card products (credit, debit, prepaid).
Contribute to optimizing card operations such as authorization, clearing, and settlement.
