NORRIQ, a leading international consulting firm, is seeking a (Senior) Manager Payments & Cards to shape payment strategies, optimize card portfolios, and guide clients through regulatory and operational challenges in the financial services sector.

You will lead advisory engagements, design complex payment solutions, drive end-to-end card product launches, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience in finance or business administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in treasury management, finance, payments or related field.
• Strong PM/BA skills with knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead advisory engagements on payment strategy and card product development.
• Design and oversee implementation of complex payment solutions (e.g., new schemes, processing setups, wallets).
• Drive the end-to-end launch of new card products (credit, debit, prepaid), from ideation to go-live.
• Lead optimization initiatives for authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
• Evaluate and mitigate operational, fraud, and compliance risks across payment ecosystems.
