You will drive lending lifecycle improvements, implement AI-driven automation, and ensure compliance with global standards while shaping NORRIQ’s thought leadership in lending.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholder engagement, and delivering impactful outcomes in a fast-growing international practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Lending Expert, or Credit Analyst within the financial sector.
• In-depth knowledge of lending processes, systems (e.g., loan origination and servicing), and credit risk management.
• Proven ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment between lending business needs, technical solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and system optimization within the lending domain.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in working within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects in the lending domain.
• Guide clients in embedding AI agents across the lending lifecycle, driving smarter automation and improved customer outcomes.
• Streamlining credit assessment and approval workflows to improve operational outcomes and align with best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with EBA Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring, integrating governance, risk assessment, and creditworthiness.
• Incorporating ESG considerations into lending strategies to meet sustainability goals and regulatory expectations.
• Enhancing credit pricing frameworks, reflecting risk-adjusted returns and ESG integration.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate lending needs into detailed requirements and specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing lending platforms, processes, and compliance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding decision-making and driving success.
