Job summary

HCL Technologies Belgium BVBA in Belgium seeks a Senior Technical Lead (MES Lead / Architect) to drive the architecture, design, and deployment of Critical Manufacturing MES solutions across global manufacturing sites. The role demands deep MES expertise and strong leadership.

You will lead workshops, define integration and rollout strategies, and mentor project teams to ensure successful multi-site deployments. Semiconductor, Medical Devices or Life Sciences experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Critical Manufacturing MES.
• Experience leading MES implementations and digital manufacturing programs.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead MES solution architecture, design, and implementation.
• Conduct customer workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution reviews.
• Define MES integration, deployment, and multi-site rollout strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring to project teams.
• Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
