Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse, cross‑functional teams to translate project requirements into the design and development of IT documentation related to MES systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with industry standards.
- Contribute to project success by defining and implementing qualification and validation approaches, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver updates to system lifecycle documents, including User Requirement Specifications and related documentation.
- Develop manufacturing recipes in accordance with the ISA88 standard, supporting efficient and compliant production processes within the pharmaceutical environment.
- Design and implement interfacing and communications between MES and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration across platforms.
Qualifications
- Passion for MES implementation solutions, with at least 3 years of hands‑on experience with MES platforms and PAS‑X, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering, computer science, or technical discipline.
- Strong knowledge‑sharing capabilities, actively capturing and sharing expertise with colleagues, and using available tools to continuously grow and contribute to the team.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in both English and Dutch, enabling collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, comfortable working in a fast‑paced project environment and adapting to evolving client needs.
