Odoo in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve seeks an Account Manager to be the primary commercial contact for a portfolio of clients across Europe and Africa, building lasting relationships and driving customer success.

You will work with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs to understand challenges, upsell where appropriate, and secure contract renewals while exploring the breadth of Odoo’s solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Business Degree (Bachelor or Master).
• Strong relational and negotiation skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage around 150 clients.

Responsabilités

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients, in Europe and Africa.
• Analyze and understand your customers' IT projects: you will be their Odoo sales expert.
• Identify potential/incentive future sales: increase your customers' use of the solution by offering them the right package in Odoo.
• Demonstrate the product (new apps, features) and new versions to end-users.
• Negotiate contract renewals: from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.
