Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Field Service Engineer or Technician to install automated medication dispensing hardware in healthcare facilities across Belgium. The role is part-time, travel-intensive, and requires open Monday–Friday availability with local, regional, and national travel.

You will work with engineers, project managers, and healthcare personnel to install, test, and configure devices, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Training is provided; per-diem compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Dutch/French depending on regional need.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and immunization status may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics, drawings, and logistics to support installations.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with support staff to manage timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role is provided and paid.
