Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician to install and commission automated medication dispensing hardware and related software in healthcare facilities.

The role requires travel across local, regional and national sites with open weekday availability. Training is provided and paid. English and Dutch/French language skills are required depending on regional needs. Per‑diem assignment may apply, with travel and mileage compensated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Dutch/French is required depending on regional need.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software and mechanical medical devices in healthcare facilities.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
