Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS is seeking a Field Service Engineer or Technician to install and service automated medication dispensing hardware in healthcare facilities. This per-diem, assignment-based role requires travel across local, regional, and national locations with open Tuesday-Friday flexibility.

Training is provided and paid, and you will collaborate with healthcare professionals and engineers to ensure proper setup and operation.

Qualifications

• Requires secondary education certificate (CESS or equivalent) and 1 year related experience.
• English and Dutch or French language abilities required depending on region.
• Willing to travel locally, regionally and nationally weekly.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware, software and mechanical medical devices for automated dispensing systems.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work complies with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and healthcare staff to define equipment layout and workflow.
• Travel to customer sites; travel time and mileage are paid; training provided.
