MEERAB GROUP in Brussels seeks a program management professional to identify and structure workstreams essential for delivering a major academy programme. You will define objectives, scope, deliverables and stakeholders for each workstream and prepare roadmaps and action plans.

You will organize and coordinate working groups, monitor progress, manage risks and dependencies, and consolidate input from diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Gather requirements from the relevant communities and stakeholders.
• Formalize business requirements.
• Perform the required functional analyses.
• Map current and future uses and requirements.
• Perform occupancy and space utilization analyses.
• Prepare decision papers and scoping documents.

Responsabilités

• Identify and structure the workstreams required for the successful delivery of the programme.
• Define the objectives, scope, deliverables and stakeholders of each workstream.
• Prepare roadmaps and action plans.
• Organize and coordinate working groups.
• Monitor workstream progress.
• Identify risks, dependencies and key points of attention.
• Objectively assess needs and possible scenarios.
• Prepare the analyses required to support management decisions.
• Consolidate contributions from the different stakeholders.
• Ensure progress reporting across the different workstreams.
• District heating network.
• Compressed air.
• Testing facilities and infrastructure.
• Technical training equipment.
• Specialized training spaces.
• Organization of workshops and practical training areas.
• Logistics and operations of the future site.
• Other workstreams required for the successful commissioning of the new Academy.
• Identify and engage the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate working meetings.
• Coordinate interactions between the different stakeholders.
• Prepare project governance meetings.
• Ensure the follow‑up of decisions and action plans.
• Produce meeting minutes and executive summaries required for effective project steering.
• Prepare communication materials.
• Contribute to informing impacted communities.
• Identify adoption and engagement risks.
• Consolidate user feedback.
• Support change management activities.
• Prepare presentation and awareness materials.
