WWF Belgium seeks an Accountant Intern to join our finance team in Brussels, supporting daily operations and gaining hands-on experience in accounting. You will process invoices, encode bank transactions, and clear supplier accounts to keep records accurate.

• You just finished your studies and seek a short-term first experience.
• Available for at least 6 months.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with working English knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and a desire to enhance technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase invoices: from reception to encoding, you will ensure every detail is captured accurately.
• Encode bank transactions: play a key role in keeping our financial systems running smoothly.
• Clear supplier accounts: help maintain strong relationships by ensuring accounts are up‑to‑date and precise.
• Assist with VAT declarations: gain valuable insight into compliance and tax processes.
• Support general ledger entries and balance sheet accounts: contribute to the foundation of our financial reporting with hands‑on experience.

• Process purchase invoices: from reception to handling and encoding, you will ensure every detail is captured accurately.
• Encode bank transactions: play a key role in keeping our financial systems running smoothly.
• Clear supplier accounts: help maintain strong relationships by ensuring accounts are up‑to‑date and precise.
• Assist with VAT declarations: gain valuable insight into compliance and tax processes.
• Support general ledger entries and balance sheet accounts: contribute to the foundation of our financial reporting with hands‑on experience.

Who will you collaborate with

• You will collaborate daily with your direct colleagues: Alain (Finance Director), Maggy (Accountant), and Jade (Accountant).
• You will also be in touch with all members of the Panda staff.

• You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a working knowledge of English.
