Brussels Major Events (BME) offers an Operations & Marketing internship to support the Winter Wonders event in Brussels. The role involves assisting the Sponsorship & Partnership Coordinator with partner management and B2B offers, as well as supporting the ice rink operations.

Ideal candidates speak French or Dutch fluently, with some English; they are team players, resourceful, sociable, and capable of handling administrative tasks, customer relations, and on-site coordination,

Qualifications

• Fluent in French or Dutch; basic knowledge of another language.
• Team player yet able to work independently.
• Strong administrative, customer relation and coordination skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsabilités

• Follow-up of partnerships and sponsorship processes from proposal to on-site activation.
• Administrative and on-site support for partner activations and communications between departments.
• Assist with Guest of Honour activities and corporate/B2B relations on-site.
• Monitor and assist with ticket sales for the ice rink and overall ice-rink operations.
