Orbis Talent represents an international law firm in Zaventem seeking a Paralegal to support the Corporate & M&A team in a dynamic, international environment.

You will handle corporate housekeeping for Belgian and international entities, prepare and review legal documentation, and coordinate with notaries and external advisors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Legal Practice or equivalent, a strong interest in Corporate Law and M&A, and fluency in Dutch, English and French.
