PwC Belgium is seeking an experienced Corporate and M&A lawyer to join our Brussels office. You will handle acquisitions for national and international clients, spanning share deals, asset deals, and private equity transactions.
You will work in cross‑functional PwC Legal teams, handle due diligence, structuring, drafting and negotiations, and contribute to post‑deal integration. Fluency in French and English, together with a strong business sense, are essential.
Contribute to creating a better tomorrow. The only way we can tackle the challenges of this fast‑changing world is with passionate people. Led by our purpose of building trust and solving important problems, we come together at PwC Legal to address the biggest issues facing the world in a way that drives positive impact. Are you eager to join a team fuelled by open and curious minds? People who are passionate about their work and create new solutions for a new day? Then you’re at the right place.
At PwC Legal, you’ll be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team of over 90 passionate lawyers and law professionals working together to provide clients with end‑to‑end legal solutions. You’ll have the support and flexibility of a growing network of over 3,500 lawyers across 95 countries, the broadest geographical coverage of any legal services group in the world. Now that’s an opportunity to really make a difference!
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate and M&A lawyer to start as soon as possible in our Brussels office.
You will work on acquisitions for both national and international clients. Due to our broad client base and large network, our clients consist of small and large corporates, private equity and start‑ups and scale‑ups, who are active in a wide variety of sectors. The latter offers you a chance to really build up specific sector knowledge.
On a file you will be involved in all stages of the deal cycle including legal due diligence, legal structuring of transactions and contract drafting and negotiations. After the deal is done, your focus will be on post‑deal matters (e.g. integration).
You will constantly work together in multi‑disciplinary teams both internally within PwC Legal (with e.g. real estate and labor law colleagues) as well as with the tax and finance professionals of PwC. This one‑stop‑shop principle gives you a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge beyond the corporate legal aspects of a deal and to bring added value as a corporate lawyer. In case of a cross‑border file you will also work in international teams. Internally and towards clients you will be the first point of contact.
At PwC Legal, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic environment. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all candidates and lawyers, regardless of race, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Additionally, we provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
