RH Outlet Leader will oversee strategic and operational leadership across all outlet activities, driving an extraordinary customer experience and ensuring brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will empower cross-functional teams, manage talent lifecycle, safeguard profitability, and foster a People First culture while maintaining visual presentation and stock integrity across our outlet network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail.
• Strong leadership and communications skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
• Proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global team.

• Champion profit protection across risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and internal audits
• Identify, analyze, and communicate business opportunities to drive extraordinary results
• Support, implement, provide follow-up and feedback for all initiatives and rollouts as the business shifts and changes
• Represent the RH brand with integrity, professionalism, and personal presentation

RH is seeking an Outlet Store Leader to provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the business, developing and empowering cross-functional teams to deliver unexpected and extraordinary customer experiences. OUR REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Strong leadership and communications skills, with the ability to inspire and guide our Team Members
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Commitment to Quality with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Travel periodically, including extended trips as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
• Proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global team
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and move items up to 25 kg, using proper equipment and safety techniques
• Maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
• Role entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing
