RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Leader to head a high-energy sales team across our luxury home furnishings outlets. You will drive revenue, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, strategic execution, and a passion for brand standards. You will partner with operations and merchandising to deliver outstanding service, manage training, and uphold store presentation while meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail (home furnishings preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, and MS Office.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• English required for international team.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country.
