RH is seeking an Outlet Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. The role involves engaging customers with RH products, communicating features and craftsmanship to support informed purchases, and upholding brand presentation across the outlet space.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail, a proven ability to exceed sales objectives, and fluency in English to communicate with our international team. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail or guest-facing roles.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets through relationship-building.
• Ability to learn product features, craftsmanship, and policies.
