Alken-Maes, part of the HEINEKEN family, is seeking a Business Analyst to transform large volumes of commercial data into actionable insights for the Out-of-Home business. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing and Data & Technology to shape commercial decisions and drive growth.

Ideal candidates enjoy deep data analysis, building stakeholder relationships, and delivering visible impact on business results across channels and customer segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to translate data insights into clear business language.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Transform large volumes of data into actionable insights for Out-of-Home decisions.
• Analyze monthly sales volumes, channel performance and KPIs.
• Consolidate data from Salesforce, Excel and Power BI into clear recommendations.
• Own recurring reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor KPIs across sales channels and segments.
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews and incentive reporting.
• Act as a link between commercial teams and Data & Technology.
• Guide commercial teams in understanding reports and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.
• Contribute to strategic projects driving growth.
