Alken-Maes, part of the HEINEKEN family, is seeking a Business Analyst to transform large volumes of commercial data into actionable insights. You will partner with Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Data & Technology teams to shape decisions, improve performance and drive growth.

You will own reporting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder engagement, translating data into actionable business language while identifying opportunities to automate and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus; data modelling experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Transform large volumes of commercial and market data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Analyze monthly sales volumes, channel performance and key KPIs to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (Salesforce, Excel, Power BI) and translate into clear recommendations.
• Own and improve recurring reporting, dashboards and performance reviews with timely insights.
• Calculate and monitor KPIs across sales channels and customer segments.
