What’s Cooking Group in Belgium is seeking a hands-on OT Engineer to define, manage and maintain our OT infrastructure across international production sites. You will ensure continuity, security and performance of operational systems while integrating them with the wider IT environment.

You will report to the Operational Services Delivery Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production operations, drive digitalisation, and implement security, backup and disaster

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or industrial engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Operational Technology or manufacturing IT.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems, including MES.
• Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Define, manage and maintain OT infrastructure and architecture across production sites.
• Operational systems support: optimise Industry 4.0 and MES for stability and performance.
• Infrastructure monitoring: monitor performance, resolve incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• OT security: implement security controls and standardised access protocols.
• Backup & disaster recovery: manage backups and test recovery procedures.
• User support & training: provide guidance and best practices to users.
• Production digitalisation: support digitalisation of production processes and implement solutions.
• System changes & upgrades: perform upgrades to meet evolving requirements.
• OT architecture & documentation: maintain technical docs and guidelines.
• Knowledge sharing: stay updated and share expertise within the team.
