Terumo Europe NV is hiring an OT System Engineer to join the IT/OT Operations team in Belgium, with travel to Leverkusen. The role focuses on networking, Wintel, virtualization and on‑prem OT infrastructure across Belgium and Germany.

You will deploy, maintain and secure IT/OT environments, collaborate with IT and operations, and contribute to stability and security of critical systems for production and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/IT environments is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage Windows Server and AD on-premises.
• Knowledge of networking, DNS, DHCP, NTP, firewalls and segmentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and support on-prem OT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization).
• Ensure security, availability and compliance of OT systems for manufacturing.
• Install and maintain infrastructure; support patching, monitoring, backups.
• Handle networking across IT/OT with secure segmentation.
• Deliver projects for new production lines and cross-site deployments.
• Collaborate with vendors, system integrators and engineering teams.
