Fine Biscuits Company Group (FBC Group) is seeking an Organization & Improvement Manager to drive agile transformation across its 3 entities. You will lead initiatives that redefine operating models, roles, governance and ways of working.

You will map processes, align functions and support sustainable improvements, while partnering with the P&O Director and coordinating cross-country stakeholders to deliver tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in business-related domains with at least 5 years of experience, or equivalent by experience.
• Very analytical and detail-oriented with strong financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Able to deep dive in a topic without losing the bigger picture.
• Autonomous and eager to optimize organizations and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-country collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational transformation projects from operating model design to implementation.
• Drive cross-functional programs such as post-merger integration, digital transformation and IT rollouts.
• Map, document and analyze key processes to simplify and harmonize across departments.
• Develop clear overview of structures, responsibilities and workload distribution.
• Engage stakeholders across functions and countries to embed changes in daily work.
• Explore digital innovation and data-driven ways of working to increase efficiency.
• Spar with the P&O Director and support budget preparation and organizational reviews.
