NTT DATA is seeking a Project Leader Industry FMCG to drive transformation and consulting projects across the Benelux region for industrial and consumer goods clients. You will lead client engagements, ensure timely delivery, and identify opportunities within existing accounts to grow the business.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across Digital Strategy & Advisory, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Services, guiding workshops and ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs to help

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage client projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality.
• Coordinate and support consultants assigned to projects, fostering strong team performance.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and initiate new initiatives.
• Develop technical and business proposals and contribute to client presentations and negotiations.
• Support business development activities within strategic industrial and multinational accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital Strategy & Advisory, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Services.
• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change management.
