Biscuits Delacre is seeking an Organization & Improvement Manager to join the People & Organization team. You will lead initiatives to build a more agile, efficient organization, translating strategy into concrete transformation plans and ensuring cross-functional alignment across the group.

You will collaborate with leaders globally, drive organizational design, process improvements and change initiatives, and support budgeting and strategic activities with the P&O Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business-related fields with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Able to challenge status quo and handle ambiguity.
• Autonomous with a proactive approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Lead organizational transformation projects from operating model design to implementation.
• Drive cross-functional programs such as post-merger integration, digital transformation, IT rollouts and other Group-wide initiatives.
• Map, document and analyse key processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Develop a clear overview of structures, responsibilities and workload distribution.
• Engage and align stakeholders across functions and countries to foster collaboration.
• Explore digital innovation, automation and data-driven ways of working to increase efficiency.
• Act as sparring partner to the P&O Director, supporting budget preparation and organizational reviews.
