NTT DATA is seeking a Project Leader Industry FMCG to drive transformation and consulting projects across Benelux. You will lead client engagements, ensure on-time delivery, and identify new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, digital, data, AI, cybersecurity, and application services.

The role requires leadership of project teams, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English with French or Dutch.

Qualifications

Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in IT consulting or project management.
Proven ability to lead consultants and project teams.
FMCG sector knowledge is highly valued.
Strong understanding of business processes and IT strategy.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
Comfortable in international, multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

Lead and manage client projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
Coordinate consultants and foster strong team performance.
Identify opportunities to expand engagements and develop new initiatives.
Develop technical and business proposals; contribute to client presentations and negotiations.
Support business development within strategic accounts and industries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital Strategy, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Application Services.
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, deliverables, and change management processes.
