Flender GmbH in Zellik, Belgium is seeking an Order Manager/Sales Support (m/f/d) to manage end-to-end order processes, handle orders (EDI and manual), quotations in SAP and Salesforce, and serve as the central contact for customers on orders, deliveries, complaints and returns. You will work with Sales & HQ to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Fluency in Dutch and French is required; German or English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in order processing and customer service.
• Knowledge of SAP and preferably Salesforce.
• Strong Dutch and French communication; English or German advantageous.

In this role, you will handle incoming orders (EDI and manual), manage quotations in SAP and Salesforce, and act as a central point of contact for our customers regarding orders, deliveries, complaints and returns.
