Qualifikationen

• Degree in Optometry or similar education in Ophthalmology.
• Min. 5 years of clinical and surgical ophthalmic background.
• 2-4 years in practical experience in clinical environment, e.g. ophthalmic centers or hospitals.
• IOLs subject matter expertise, analytic mindset, high and detailed knowledge of products and clinical experience.
• Good presentation and communication skills towards decision makers.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytics skills, service oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible toward management and customer needs regarding scheduling.
• Fluent English and French required; Italian valued.

Aufgaben

• IOLs case analysis and calculation, focusing on PCIOLs within approved J&J training programs and IOL calculation processes.
• Manage MIR, providing clinical responses and HCP guidance according to J&amp;J VISION policies in a timely manner (<4 days).
• Generate MIR statistics reports including queries and complaints to supervise products' clinical performance with partners.
• Assist HCPs with post-operative outcomes analysis and problem-solving at sites with sub-optimal results.
• Provide clinical expert level support to external and internal J&amp;J customers with focus on NPIs.
• Support demos and clinical studies as required.
