Job summary

REAZN Belgium is seeking an Operator Automated Sorting to manage and monitor the metal sorting line in a modern foundry environment. You will operate the sorting machines, diagnose faults, and ensure accurate coding of products while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role emphasizes safe working habits, quick learning, and attention to detail. It offers shift premiums and benefits as part of a competitive package within Belgium.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines (T1, G1, R1).
• Check and diagnose faults during malfunctions or alarms.
• Oversee the full production process from A to Z.
• Code incoming and outgoing products correctly.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Know the products and internal codes.
• Keep the production area clean and organized following the 5S method.

Job description

As Operator Automated Sorting at REAZN Belgium, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most unique foundry environments in Europe. With a pragmatic mind-set, we work with new and sustainable technologies to produce zinc alloys. The PCS department is very new and in full development. It includes very recent machines that sort different metals in three steps, with the aim of making a selection that can then be used for production.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You operate the production machines (T1, G1 & R1).
• You check and diagnose faults when there is a malfunction or alarm.

• You know the products and their internal codes.

What do we expect from you?

• You have a basic knowledge of non-ferrous metals, which is considered a plus.
• You have a forklift experience and hold the necessary certification/license.
• Experience with a wheel loader and/or aerial work platform is an asset, but not mandatory.
• You have attention to detail and deliver precise results.
• You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
• Working safely comes naturally to you, and you strictly follow procedures.
