Flanders Metals Valley is seeking an Operator Automated Sorting to work in its innovative Belgium foundry. You’ll manage various production machines and are expected to monitor the production process meticulously.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage the production process from A to Z.
• Monitor and carry out basic maintenance on machines.
• Clean and organize the production area using the 5S method.

As a Operator Automated Sorting at REAZN Belgium, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the most unique foundry environments in Europe. With a pragmatic mind-set, we work with new and sustainable technologies to produce zinc alloys. The PCS department is very new and in full development. It includes very recent machines that sort different metals in three steps, with the aim of making a selection that can then be used for production.

your mission

• Manage the various production machines (T1, G1 & R1).
• Be able to diagnose a fault in the event of a malfunction or alarm.
• Manage and monitor the production process (A – Z).
• Be able to code incoming and outgoing products.
• Be able to carry out basic machine maintenance.
• Have a good knowledge of products with internal codes.
• Clean the production area and keep it well organised (using the 5S method).
• You have a basic knowledge of non-ferrous metals, which is considered a plus.
• You have forklift experience, although this is not a requirement.
• Experience with a wheel loader and/or aerial work platform is an asset, but not mandatory.
• You work with attention to detail and deliver precise results.
• You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
• Working safely comes naturally to you, and you strictly follow procedures.
