REAZN Belgium is seeking a Melting Furnace Operator to prepare and weigh raw materials and feed furnaces on schedule in a modern, safe production environment.

You will follow procedures, assist with 5S and improvements, and operate equipment like forklifts and power tools while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and weigh materials and load them into the melting furnace.
• Follow the production schedule to keep the process running smoothly.
• Follow instructions and procedures given by the shift leader.
• Participate in improvement activities (5S, problem-solving).
• Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
• Operate equipment such as bulldozers, forklifts or power tools as required.

As a Melting Furnace Operator at REAZN Belgium, you will work in a modern and safe production environment where sustainability and innovation are important. Your job is to prepare and weigh raw materials correctly and make sure they are supplied to the furnaces on time. You follow clear work procedures and production schedules, always keeping safety and quality as your top priorities.

What will be your responsibilities?

• You prepare and weigh the right amounts of materials and load them into the melting furnace.
• You work according to the production schedule and keep the process running smoothly.
• You follow clear instructions and procedures given by the shift leader.
• You take part in improvement activities (such as 5S and problem-solving) when needed.
• You keep your work area clean and safe at all times.
• You operate equipment such as bulldozers, forklifts, or power tools when required.

• You have industrial experience, which is a plus.
• You are comfortable using a wide range of hand tools. You also have basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and bulldozers.
• You have an eye for detail and deliver precise, high-quality work.
• You are eager to learn and always open to acquiring new skills.
• Working safely is second nature to you, and you strictly follow all procedures.
