You will monitor station performance, drive project deployments, conduct audits and support station managers in delivering exceptional service. You will also act as the primary contact for technical issues with payment terminals and internal systems.

• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

• Promote continuous operational excellence among Station Managers.

We are currently recruiting in Belgium for the following position: Operations Support Manager for BeLux.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performance Tracking: creating a weekly overview of station performance across all relevant key metrics, including the utilization of WaND/Esig, Kiosk, MDMS, and Care-items (NPS, Google reviews).
• Project Deployment: ensuring an improved and smoother rollout of operational projects initiated by the Group (e.g., the implementation of new uniforms).
• Station Audits: planning and organizing regular operational audits within the rental locations.
• Operational Excellence: fostering and developing an operational excellence mindset among the Station Managers.
• Complaint Management: following up on customer complaints and collaborating with Station Managers to design and implement effective action plans.
• Technical Support: serving as the primary point of contact for stations experiencing technical issues with payment terminals or internal systems (such as MDMS, WaND and Wizard).
