You will monitor station performance, drive project deployments, conduct audits and support station managers in delivering exceptional service. You will also act as the primary contact for technical issues with payment terminals and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience required.
• Strong proficiency in stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Track station performance with key metrics across Belux.
• Coordinate rollout of operational projects like new uniforms.
• Plan and conduct regular station audits.
• Promote continuous operational excellence among Station Managers.
• Handle customer complaints and design corrective actions.
• Provide technical support for payment terminals and internal systems.
