Legend Biotech EU is seeking skilled process operators for our Ghent site to join a leading biotechnology company focused on aseptic and GMP production. You will receive extensive in-house training and perform aseptic and manual production in a cleanroom environment, following strict procedures.

Candidates with a degree in pharmaceutical/biotechnological sciences or relevant experience, English fluent (Dutch a plus), and a strong sense of responsibility are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduates or BSc in pharmaceutical/biotechnological sciences or related field.
• Hands-on experience or mindset with strong commitment to quality.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily aseptic and manual production processes.
• Working in a cleanroom lab environment.
• Executing production steps in controlled environments (Grade A/B/C/D) such as spiking, media changes, cell culture, and freezing therapies.
• Managing equipment: inspections and maintenance.
• Thorough cleaning and disinfection of materials.
• Supporting transitions between production zones.
• Ensuring patients receive high-quality therapies on time.

What can you expect?

Your journey begins withextensive training,where we immerse you in the world ofaseptic(germ-free) andGMP(Good Manufacturing Practice) operations, including the crucial procedures you need to master.

Afterward, you will join our dynamic and driven Operations team, which works together every day to fulfill our mission. Alongside your fellow operators and team leaders, you will perform aseptic and manual production processes according to strict, proven procedures.

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You have a Graduates or Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or biotechnological sciences or a related field of study.
• Or you have relevant experience, we believe that your mindset, passion, sense of accuracy and commitment to quality are more important than the education you took.

Experience

• We offer extensive, in-house training after which you can start working smoothly in your new role.

Languages

• You are fluent in English.
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
